Carol Schwartzott resides near Ithaca, New York. She holds a MA in Anthropology and Fine Art from the University of Buffalo and a BS in Art Education from Buffalo State College. Her professional portfolio lists many honors and exhibits from the Young Americans at the Museum of Contemporary Crafts in 1969 to being selected as the recipient of a book arts grants through the National Museum of Women in 2004. With a background in fiber and book arts, Carol continues to produce small editions of Fine Press Books. Crayonbox Designs is her latest venture, melding her strong interest in textile design with a commitment to eco-friendly fibers.
